ATTENTION, Please follow these steps to register for a class:

1. Please Fill out registration below for Elite CPR LLC
2. Click the SEND button.
3. To make your payment click the YELLOW BUY NOW button. Once inside PayPal click continue. Then click pay with a debit or credit card. Fill out name, address, credit card information, and click pay now.
4. In order to reserve your seat in class and to receive the email with the address details you MUST complete your payment in PayPal.

IMPORTANT
The address email will be sent after completed payment is received and the address email goes out after 5pm daily to all paying students.
Your seat in class is not reserved until you have completed your payment.
